Please tell which injection was it and had u only used it ? Or was it used on another person
If it was used on u only then the risk of getting anything serious is minimal

But if you had used it for someone else and you got pricked, then there are some associated risk.
The fact that you used a disinfectant on it good.
The risk is very minor, but it's there
