Fetal hand held doppler when used for longer time and frequently can be harmful for the baby.
Hence, it is not recommended to be used at home. If you have used it once or twice, there is no problem. Better avoid any further use of it.
It is only safe when used by trained individuals like doctors or nurses in a hospital setting.
