Usage of Evion 400mg
My gym instructor asked me to take Evion 400mg vitamin E tablets for my hair and skin. I saw online that max permissible limit is 100mg. She said that as I’ll be working out, a higher dosage is necessary. I just want to be sure before taking them as I don’t want any negative results.

Hi I would not recommend you to take a evoin. Being dietician I know and learned from my experience that you can improve your hair and skin quality with a diet itself. Try to follow good diet for hair and skin and do some home remedies that will really help you... if you wanna discuss further you can call or WhatsApp on the number mentioned on my practo profile Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!

It is always better to consult with your doctor or a dermatologist before taking any medication or supplements. Almonds, sunflower seeds are good sources of vitamin e. Try including them in your diet.
