I have take two Urine tests Urine routine and culture, In routine test there is no bacteria and nothing, But in culture test i have Klesbsiella bacteria in culture! I‘ll add my tests results here! Please tell me about this

If u said there is klebsiella in culture then this is Urinary tract infection.
An antibiotic course should start immediately.

if you have symptoms like burning during urination, fever , lower abdominal pain , you most likely have infection of urinary tract
but in case u do not have any symptoms- that is a case of asymptomatic bacteriuria
Next Steps
in case you have symptoms or you are pregnant—you need to take antibiotic treatment
if you have no symptoms- no need to take antibiotic
imp- you have to take treatment if you are pregnant even without symptoms
