Since you are suffering from cold and cough since one week you are taking medicine or not is not clear.
Your red urine with irritation may be due to the illness or UTI infection too.
Drink lot of normal Water daily.
Do gargling 3-4 tomes per day.
Steam inhalation twice daily.
Tab.Paracetamol 650 mg SOS
Please get following test done.
