Urgent Gas problem
I am having gas problem like bloating and indigestion problems and it is lasting for a week atleast once it comes and also if it prolongs iam also getting fever ?
And my ast is 155 and alt is 165 .
Is it any server issue and what is the solution .
Last year I am attacked with dengue from then the gastric problem is worsen if I eat outside food also
