NORMAL KIDNEYS moves up and down with each respiration thus when in few cases very temporary kinking(bending) is seen in the ureter with inspiration which automatically disappears on expiration. However no change ever been reported in literature due to day to day activities including, travelling in car over a speed breaker or pot hole. However let me emphasise this is true for normal kidney. An swollen or enlarged kidney is a different thing.
