Upset stomach after workout
I started working out again from today after a break of over 1 year. I think I went too hard on my first today today, my muscles are sore which is fine as I expected it. But I'm feeling very nauseous right now. It's been 2 hours since I did workout and also had dinner after it. Should I be concerned as it's night time right now.
