From past few days upper tooth appear to be different and small piece of tooth is coming out. There is no pain but when seen it is appearing different. Attached image. Please advise

Hello, That is your 3rd molar (wisdom tooth) which is erupting. Looks like it has cavity too, since you don’t have any pain once the lockdown is over, you can take an xray and extract it.

Hello ,its a wisdom tooth it comes in late age so  don't worry about it . But yes now if pain not their keep your mouth clean, night always do warm water saline water salt  gargling ,and plan after lockdown over and get it removed. It may start paining u in future, as it is a non functional tooth we normally advice for removal.

Halleo.. no need to worry... it usual problem generally faced in your age group patients... Usually there are 32 teeth in our patient out of which 28 tooth normally comes with in 14 years age and the rest 4 teeth usually comes at the age of 18 to 25 years at the corners of the jaw.... if u have a good space left the the tooth normally cones out....and if there is no space left at the corner of jaw then tooth will cone tilted... The tilted tooth usually attracts more food towards it resulting in decay of the tooth... Usually in the initial stages there wont be any pain but it may come in the future.. Treatment plan:- usually we remove such type of tooth because it may infect the adjacent tooth. As u can see in ur photo that last but one tooth is changing colour to black Tips:- Do a good brushing...donot chew hard food on that side .. do moth wash regularly Once lock down is finished please visit a dentist near by
