Upper molar extraction beside an RCT
I am advised for one upper tooth extraction (no 7) but I am worried as the next tooth no 6 is an RCT crowned tooth. Will extracting the tooth no 7 impact and break the crowned tooth no 6?

tell ur doctor to do extraction carefully without demaging the adjacent tooth . in most cases there wont be any demage

Rarely it can happen that your crown may come out. In that case you may need to refix it or do a new crown.

The risk of that happening is there. All precautions to avoid it is usually taken ... but still...
Next Steps
Accept the risk and hope for the best. Crowned teeth with rct are weak and sometimes the crown itself may chip ... rarest of rare occasions.

Hello,
You're worry is reasonable.
With a regular extraction, there is a chance of the neighboring crown coming off.
This can be avoided by an experienced dentist. (crown section, root section, periotome extraction). The crown will not come off.
