My mom aged 54, has upper left back pain. It comes and goes. We did 2d echo and ECG test & consulted a general surgeon. She said her heart health is fine. But cholesterol is 200. Also, she has her blood pressure high many times. She's worried about heart attack. Can you please guide for the same?

Cholesterol is high but not that much that she needs medicine. Backpain may be due to long sitting hours. May be due to gas acidity gastritis. In winter tell her to sit in sunlight with back towards sunlight. Locally apply luckwarm mustered oil with garlic or OMNI gel with light hand two times. Sunlight is very effective remady in winter. Whether you go for assessment of vitamin d 3 b12 at this age all possibilities they r down, can be easily substituted. .
