Past 3-4 days having gum swollen on back of front teeth. I had taken pizza & then warm water for couple of days. No injury & no cavity confirmed by dentist. My lower front teeth touches the upper gum since born when i eat. One dentist suspecting skeleton structure issue & other says bacterial infection.

Warm salt rinses for 3-4 days let the swollen gums settle down.
Lower front teeth touch the back of upper teeth in normal mouth closing position.
But if still it is bothering you visit a dentist.
