Upper eyelid swollen
Upper eyelid of my right one is swollen.Initially there was a lump with no pain. It got shrunk in 2weeks and now whole upper eyelid is swollen with mild pain.

It had started off as a chalazion which is a painless collection of your lid secretion but it had not completely been regressed which has gotten infected now and has become a hordeolum internum
Next Steps
Hot compresses on the closed eyelid 3 times a day for atleast 2 weeks. Tablet Lysar-D after meals for 3 days twice a day preferably after breakfast and dinner. Tablet Pan-D half hour before breakfast for 3 days. Tablet Augmentin-625 mg after food for 3 days after breakfast and dinner. Tobramycin eye ointment 3 times a day for a week atleast and Moxifloxacin eye drops 3 times a day for a week. Check with a General Physician if there is fever, cold, cough, any other upper respiratory tract symptoms

Limit exposure to screens(laptop, desktop, smartphone) Most importantly to do eye exercises to increase micro and macro  blood circulation. with gentle lid massage.
