If there is no pain in the swelling it is most probably a chalazion. It usually needs surgical removal. Try hot fomentation two to three times a day. Instill Mosi eye drops 4 times a day. If there is no change in the size of the swelling in 5-7 days then please consult an ophthalmologist.
