Pain and swallow eye lid

Asked for Male, 25 Years

For two days my right eye in very pain, swallowing the bottom lid and surrounding of eye... Always eye is watering... To white dot appears in bottom lid look like pus points Please suggest some medicine or home remedies

Good afternoon sir I can see redness and pus points in the photos. Looks like infection and inflammation. You can try warm compression with a clean and dry handkerchief and also antibiotic eyedrops and ointment
