Upper back right side swelling
Hello, I usually do exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Recently I feel like I've kept more pressure on my upper back. I feel the tissues has broken. There's a slight swelling, ( exactly behind right chest, latissimus dorsi area ) Morning times I don't feel any pain or rigid feeling ... but once I go to sleep in the night. I'm seeing hell ... Around midnight 3 it starts and it won't allow me to sleep till morning .... I feel a pain in that area and rigid feeling. Its happening since a week .... Pls suggest If there is any medication to treat. Thanks in advance ...

Please consult with a General Surgeon or an Orthopedic Surgeon in your area. In this case a physical examination is a must. Some investigations will also be required.

Consult a orthopedician for physical examination. Just popping medicines won't help. Apply diclofenac gel or spray
