  4. Upper back pain. Caused by the injury?

I fell down the staircase about almost 2 years ago. I had severe pain along my spinal cord and upper back for about 2 weeks. But I couldn't go to the doctor. Now, after almost 2 years I am experiencing back pain. What kind of damaged might have been caused by the injury ?
