There are 8-10 hour audios available on youtube which you can play and sleep. These will naturally help you to sleep and you may not have to bother much or go to any doctor. These can help you to leave medicines within 2-3 days if you follow this advice properly. Just an 8 hour music, relaxing musical sleep inducing tones are sufficient to bring and maintain sleep.
