Unprotected sex
Hey! I had unprotected sex on 24th and had ipill on 27th. Around 5 sept, I noticed spotting which was very minor. Can be implantation as well. Now, I am facing lightheadedness since the past 3 days accompanied with vomiting as well. I also have pain on my chest. It is becoming extreme. What to do? Also,the spotting can also be because of the extremely sour.food that I was having. Please give me solutions or answers atleast on this one.

Please mention your last menses date, and in case u have missed period, do pregnancy test. Rest of the symptoms can be due to gastritis but not spotting, its a side effect of ipill

Please mention the date of your last period before the act of intercourse (on 24 August) .
In fact you didn't even mention the month.
With a plethora of symptoms it is better to seek a proper physical examination from a Gynaecologist so that all your symptoms can be evaluated.

When was day one of your period last
If you have skipped your periods you would require pregnancy test
