Hello, from your description I understand that you have sadness of mood which is present at some times of the day, low frustration tolerance and irritability, reduced interest in activities and pursuits around you, headache and aggressive behavior and attitude. To be able to help you a comprehensive assessment is likely to be required. The psychiatrist will assess you for possibilities like mood disorder (depressive episode or bipolar disorder/mixed episode), adjustment and stress related disorder, personality traits,or disorder, mental health related problems linked with medical causes like thyroid, diabetes etc, and similar other disorders. Hence my request for you is to seek a consultation with a nearby psychiatrist. In the meanwhile practice strategies like regular meals, regular sleep wake timing, exercise and meditation, taking time for yourself, pursuing a hobby, sharing your problems with someone close to you, may be writing a diary and other healthy lifestyle changes. However do consult a psychiatrist at the earliest for comprehensive assessment and subsequent management. Hope this helps you..
