Unhappy and uncomfortable with my weight
I'm obese, I'm wanting to be prescribed duromine. My height is 160cm and my weight is 85kgs, my BMI is over 30. Wanting to know if you do online prescriptions so I'm able to start my weight loss journey asap as I'm worried that if I stay this size for much longer I will be in serious trouble. I would not recommend any type of Medicine for wt loss. Not use short way for reduction  many side effects also occur by medicines. So for wt reduction three main things u hv to follow like strictly diet plan, exercise,  brisk walk morning and evening. Chances of many disease increase due to obesity. Provide ur diet history. Add more fruits and vegetables in diet, add more fluids. Don't skip breakfast take protein rich breakfast. Avoid junk food, sweets, oily and fried food.
