The bad smell can be because of stains and calculus caused due to smoking, improper brushing technique or lack of good oral hygiene..Smoking even leads to dryness in mouth.Visit a dentist asap to diagnose the condition and proper examination of your teeth..Stains can be cleaned with scaling and polishing but maintaining good hygiene is important.
