It has been 4 days approx that i am feeling as if something is stuck at the back of my wisdom tooth on the left hand side. I have tried using a toothpick, but it didn't help.
Moreover, i couldn't see anything stuck there but still can feel that uneasyness

hi, I suppose you have swollen gums on that tooth (operculum), It occurs due to food impaction under the gums , it swells up leading to pericoronitis (infection of surrounding gums ) of wisdom tooth

Feeling of foreign body at the back can be due to fracture of a part of tooth or actual food particle stuck beneath swollen gums.

Rinse with warm saline water 2-3 times a day.You can take routine painkillers like Combiflam to relieve the discomfort temporarily.
