It has to be operated at the age of one year. Up to one year there is chance of descend. After that atrophy start.

Usg scrotal sac needs to ascertain level of undescended testis. We need to go for a small surgical procedure to fix the undescended testis in scrotum. If undescended testis is not treated, it can lead to tumor.
