  4. LEFT UNDESCENDED TESTIS. Position?

LEFT UNDESCENDED TESTIS...
2 years old...and testis descended to scrotum but present below testis...and I can feel it while touch... Right testis is present at the bottom...and left lies in upper position of scrotum... Is it normal position?
