Child has one testis bigger
Recently I observed that my child has one testis bigger than the other one. Generally, it is not causing any pain but one testis bigger and the other one small. What can be the cause and what is the treatment? Is there any serious issues?

Hi it looks swollen on one side. I would recommend getting it physically checked by a paediatrician soon.
