Underwent MPFL due to Meniscus tear.
It's been 2 months and 10 days since surgery but my knee has not bend more than 65 degree. My patella got dislocated and I had Grade 2 meniscus tear. Now I am able to walk but stiffness is there. How long it will take to get back to normal? If I plan for pregnancy after complete bending what will be the ideal wait?
