Underweight
I think i'm a little underweight, I'm 170cm in height and weighing 52kls. Is there any supplements/vitamins I should take that would also make my skin healthier?

Hi dear. Your BMI has come out to be 17.9kg/m2 whereas the normal range is 18-22.9. So definitely you're slightly underweight. Regarding your concern for skin, follow these basic tips. - Drink lots of water - Atleast 300gms of fruit daily (vary the fruit everyday) - If you take eggs, dont skip the yolk - Cut back on breads, biscuits, cookies, rusk, maida etc. Rest you can book an online appointment through practo for detailed customised counselling.
