Underweight
I have eating problems and serious health management issue. I have depression and anxiety which i feel is the triggers for these conditions but more seriously it has become a habit amd is causing more problems related underconfidence and more anxiety. I need help gaining around 10 to 15 kgs more weight and maintain that weight. Thank you

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
