Underweight
I am underweight like my height is 5'6" and my weight is 45 kgs. Please suggest me a diet plan and exercises to gain weight. I am a student. Age is 17 years.

Hi, as you have mentioned your height is 5.6" and your age is 17 yrs then you need to maintain your weight around 55-60 kgs. For gaining weight I can suggest you the diet plans. I do give detailed diet plans online but for that I need you to mail me your regular eating patterns so I can customize the diet plan accordingly. Also your exercise patterns. Make sure you are taking 3 liters of water and 1 hour of exercise everyday. Also eat healthy home cooked meals . Take good amount of protein which will help into muscle built up and strength to your body. Avoid fatty , junk food as those will increase your weight but it will be unhealthy fat weight.
