You can gain atleast 3kgs in a month. First you need to increase your appetite. Start eating more food in quantity. Take 2 boiled eggs everyday. Also drink 2 glasses of milk one in the morning and one at night. Eat 2 bananas everyday. Take Kerala nendra banana fry it with ghee and have. Increase the quantity of rice. Have nutritious vegetables, fruits fish. Also to the milk you can add dry fruits and have dry fruits shake. Even banana shake. To improve appetite Take chitrakadi vati 1 1 1 for 15 days

Wt. Of any person is propotional to their ht. So mention ur ht. Can't say underwt. Or overwt.In amonth only 1/2to1 kg wt. we can increase or decrease more than that is not safe to our body.

Sudden change In anything is not good. 5 kgs in a month maybe possible but not healthy at all. If you want to gain weight see that you eat nutritious food and that should also get digested and absorbed properly, only the excess eating can disturb the digestion.
