Excess fats anywhere in the body indicates insulin resistance. Insulin resistance causes fatty liver. Fatty liver alters bile production as well as secretion from the liver. As a result the fat which you are eating does not get emulsified. Un-emulsified fats resist absorption from the intestine and create constipation problem. Due to constipation you developed piles issue. All are connected dear, so donot consult separate doctor for these problems. The only thing which you need to focus is fat loss.
A well balanced diet is the only solution to lose fat. You already tried multiple things then why now we connect to discuss in detail.

What's your exact complain? Underarm fat or haemorrhoids? Did you undergo any surgery for haemorrhoids? Medicines are generally ineffective in this condition. I'm not able to grasp the issue but alright from what i understand underarm fat is major. That is surgical as well as medical in terms of management. What kind of yoga exercises you tried? These are all needed before i can give an advice

As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
