Hello sir
Start cefixim 200 mg tablet Bd (/after breakfast and dinner )
- cetirizine tablet BD ( after breakfast and dinner)
-Cyston syrup ( himalaya company)- 2 table spoon tds( after breakfast ,lunch,dinner)
( Cifixime nad cetirizine for 3 days)
Cyston syrup for 6 days
