Uncontollable repetitive thoughts
Hello, I am suffering from sleep problem i dont get sound sleep feom last 10 years. I am very restless impacient person. I unable to sleep well at night mind goes on while sleeping. Before sleep i slways thinking after 1-2 hours i get sleep automatically for 5-6 hours and i dream and in the morning my jead is heavy. I feel frustrarted. I get repetivte thought the moment i wake up which distrubs me alot. I unable to ride bike with full concentration it is very poor. I always thinking while driving or riding. Thought are repetive in nature. When i listen go song it is always repeats in my mind during night or automaticall at any point lf time. I feel frustrated by the thought that i am ill and ibalso have carrer and marriage forward so i panic about the situate more as i am 29 . Please help amd suggest something. Someone siggested me anti depressent drug yesterday which is escitalopram and clomazepam 10 mg. What should i do. Pleade help

You appear to suffer from the disorder known as “OCD” ie Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.In this disorder, A person gets various intrusive ideas from which he is not able to get rid off.Thus causing psychological problems leading to various symptoms interfering with his various activities like work.Some of the symptoms you have described in the impairment of the sleep.

Don’t get upset. Many people suffer from OCD but its results are quite good with the psychopharmacological (drugs) and Psychological interventions.There is need to contact a mental health professional.Anti-obsessional drugs and benzodiazepines will help you.Also you should maintain Sleep hygiene…
