Uncomfortable due to upset stomach
Sincelast 4 days my stomach is upset. Feeling some thing moving gas not passed and after meal feel pressure for passing stool,mucus leak from anus as well

You have obstructive symptoms...must visit a doctor. Have to rule out intestinal obstruction.
