Unbearable pelvic and period pain
I have multiple small cysts in both ovaries. and during ovulation and periods I get severe sharp pain in one of the sides or sometimes both. and my cramps are mostly unbearable and get spotting and heavy bleeding as well. pain killer doesn't work what to do?

Hello.. you seem like having PCOD.. This can cause menses with out ovulation. This condition can be termed as anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding. Due to lack of ovulation, few hormones are not produced in u.. that can cause uterus lining to get thickened and fragile over time.. hence ur uterus lining starts getting shredded. Causing irregular and excessive bleeding..
