Pelvic pain, cystitis,Pcos
I have constant pelvic pain for 7 month majorly in lower left side...it started after an episode of ovarian cyst and its reaccourance ..pain was so intense and constant for 5 month even when the cyst dissolved...now the intensity of pain has reduced ..last month got diagnosed with PCOS ,Cystitis  and herpes 1and 2 Igg positive....took antibiotic..have tried birth control pills, painkillers nothing works.....the pain started 7 month back when i was sexually active and missed period the same month. had severe cramps ,beta hcg was negative but got diagnosed with 3.3 cm  left ovarian cyst..prescribed me norethistrone for 5  days ..after finishing dose i had unbearable pain for 3 days.. i got withdrawl bleeding after 3 days of finishing dose  ..and in TVS USG the cyst was dissolved..still had some pain everyday ...next month the cyst reoccured...since than i am in pain everyday... i am confused do i have gynacological , urological, or gastro problem. what should i do now...
