Unbearable period pain
I've been experiencing painful periods (dysmenorrhea) since my menarche, but this year the pain has become almost unbearable. While my cycle is regular, the first few days are extremely painful and affect my daily life. I don't experience pain all throughout the days of periods but usually the first or second day I used to take Himalaya Menosan tablets about 2 years ago, but over time they stopped being effective. Currently, I take Mefthal Spas, but even that no longer provides relief. What could be the cause of this worsening pain? Could it be something like endometriosis or PCOS? And are there any other treatment options or tests I should consider? This pain is making it difficult for me to attend school Please advise.
