Unbearable pain in rectum
My father has had unbearable pain in his rectum for the last 5-7 days
He is not able to sit
Not able to poop because after pooping his pain increases 100 times
There is no bleeding no cuts outside but pain inside after it stretch
We are using pilex- triphala- giloy- liv 52- pilex forte ointment

Rectal pain could be due to spasm of the sphincter muscles frequently as a result of hard stool causing small tear inside or outside of the anus .other causes include abscess .He should be seen by a general surgeon in your area for clinical examination
