Pain in rectum
I have recently joined a gym, from the second day im having pain in my rectum. I have started to apply damp cloth soaked in warm water and also applying t bact ointment. Is there any other way to get rid of the pain?

Find the cause of rectal pain like constipation, dietary changes, acidity,etc. If any of these exists,then it needs treatment. If its simple stretching or workout pain then take Tb zerodol-sp twice a day
