Unbearable pain in anal region
I have a heavy pain in the anal region when stool or gas itself bleeding also comes. For more than 10 days I'm suffering from this. Now all the time it's so painful I can't sit or stand properly for along 2 days i can't bear the pain. Please tell me what is the problem these symptoms tells

Arshakutara ras 1-0-1 after food
Apply depile ointment.
Abhyarista 10ml twice a day after food.
It might be fissure.
