Previously 3 yrs back my piles operation was operated, & that was successful for some days then there was bleeding due to piles then i had done sclerotheropy & that stop. I had shown lot of piles, fissure doctor and also done MRI fistulogram but that's is also clear. No any reason detected in MRI.no any surgery need I think there is problem in sentinental region burning sensation bcoz of sitting and friction. There is some part like 3 mm 2 circle region in posterior side extends and cauz pain like burning when stressing skin. And also senseation when hard stool come. But there is no any visual sign of fissure. So let me consult what to do? What is the problems?

I think it looks like external piles sir! Try sitz bath for 10 days... Atleast 3 times a day .. Sitz bath - Take a large plastic basin.. fill with lukewarm water.. Add 4 teaspoon rock salt Add 2 cups of savlon or Dettol or betadine solution Sit in this basin for 10 to 15 mins... Atleast twice a day . If possible thrice a day... Try this for a week.. if it improves you can consult online with me for further plans... Take care sir

Pain in the anal region could be due to various reasons, including hemorrhoids or fissures. Maintain good hygiene, use mild, unscented wipes, and consider warm baths. Increase fiber intake to soften stools and stay hydrated. If pain persists, consult for proper evaluation and advice.
