Hi Ajit.. u severe pain needs analysis by a good dentist because there are many causes. It’s important to make sure it’s not related to common cold/flu, pretty rampant this season. This can also cause pain in the jaw when u open. Deep tooth decay can also cause severe pain, not just when u open.
