Most likely issue is that the tooth which has been filled requires a treatment. Iopa Xray will only help in such cases

In such instances if you could find time to post or upload a pic of an X-ray(preferably panoramic radiograph or commonly called OPG) it would help other cinicians to give a reliable opinion.

There is a possibility the extraction site may be infected and the other tooth had a deep cavity approaching the nerve . Acombination of the two things may be causing her unbearable pain and discomfort. Get an Endodontist to see her, followed by radiographs and precise diagnosis.

Hi.. X ray is recommended in this case. Most probably the tooth that has been filled also has a deep cavity requiring a root canal or the extraction that has been done was a traumatic one. She can take Ketorol-DT two tablets in half glass of water after food and then one tablet each after every meal for two days. Consult dentist to initiate treatment ASAP. Regards

Hello .... Actually her age is 28 yrs ... As u haven't mentioned her which tooth is having an issue ... There could be many possibilities , like it could be her wisdom tooth pain due to which there could be referred pain felt ... And doctor must have misdiagnosed due to the cavity in her other teeth present in same area .... Or it could also b some bone pathology ...!!! It would b very much better to tell u .... If u could just provide with some photographs of her affected area ... Or if any xray u have .
