Unbearable Headache
I am having mild headache continuously for few months and some times it becomes unbearable, it seem my headache is not normal headache as it feel that my head veins are paining and even my eyes sightness is getting worst day by day. I would really appreciate if you could help me out with my query.

A host of diagnosis is possible. you haven't mentioned if the headache remains confined to one side of head. However your mention of worsening eyesight seems to suggest another  underlying cause which requires some blood  tests for evaluation.
Next Steps
Tab PCM 1gm may be taken SOS for headache. Take a neurology consult as early as feasible.
