Unable to sleep well
I get sleep hardly 4 to 5 hours even which is not a deep sleep it is showing bad effect on my health feeling dull all time fatigue and indigestion and skin problems also. Can you suggest something which can help me in getting adequate sleep.

Dont sleep in daytime. Don't see mobile /tv screens for 1 or 2 hrs before bed. Make a sleep routine. Follow it so you body gets adapted. Take lukewarm water bath before bed. Make sure the room for sleeping is free from noise/light disturbance. Take a light dinner 2 hours minimum before sleep time. Try meditation when not able to sleep. Do some exercise in the day so your body gets tired and needs good night sleep.
