Hello sir, As you have a history of  difficulty in opening your mouth and taking tobacco products it may be oral submucous fibrosis in this the mucous in the mouth becomes fibrotic and rigid , appearance of rigid bands may be seen . Firstly you will have to quit your habit for treatment collagenase injections will also be given with in the bands .

First and foremost don't neglect it . You are suffering from trismus ( difficulty in opening your mouth) because regular tobacco use made your inner cheek walls ( oral epithelium) fibrotic. Conditions are signifying case of oral submucous fibrosis. Take my advice start taking multivitamin capsules , stop tobacco and avoid chilly food. Visit oral pathologist or any post graduate dentist minimum or any dental college near you. Don't neglect it can worsen.
