Unable to gain weight
So, i probably have ibs as well as diagnosed with a gb polyp of size 2.8mm... is this the reason why my weight is falling down? I can't eat spicy food more often, also i sm avoiding fat foods, please tell me how to gain weight with those factors :(. If i eat heavy someday, next day morning i feel a little nauseous until i go for bowel movement.. please help.

Yes... IBS causes weight loss very commonly. GB polyp does not.

Means the weight loss details not mentioned like how much in how long period u lost is more important. IBS has significance with poor weight gain bcz of improper absorption and also insufficient feeds which could also be a cause for poor weight gain
