I am 32 yr age man 5.7 height 55 kg weight. I am unable to gain weight How can I reach to 70 kg to make perfect body I tried all but not getting weight gain , no one in family slim skinny like me.

Sir, for gainning weight you should do gyming with protein supplements. Also increase protein diet like egg white,sprouts,soyabean,peanut. All these are source of protein.Also eat multiple times in small quantity.Aim yourself to increase weight by 1/2to 1 kg in next week.It'll motivate you to do all necessary things that increase your weight.
