Un-explainable weight gain
I have been diagnosed for hypothyroidism and on medication since last 10 months. now tsh level is under control when i checked. But still not able to lose weight and i am keep on gaining weight. till now i have put on 11 kgs of weight in 10 months.

Ti reduce 3.5kg in a Month need to deficite 500 calories daily by doing regular physical activity of your choice or cut down 500 calories from food.
